Job Summary

The successful candidate will manage payment processes, maintain accurate financial records, and provide administrative support to meet the team’s requirements. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support team operations effectively.

Job Description

1. Payment Processing: For Art & Culture / Strategic Branding & Corporate Communication / Art & Creative Solutions (General & Daily Payment)
• Prepare, verify, and process payments to vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders promptly.
• Ensure invoices, receipts, and supporting documents are accurate and comply with company policies.
• Monitor payment schedules and deadlines to ensure timely disbursements
• Support audits by providing the required documentation and information.
2. Administrative Support: For Art & Culture / Strategic Branding & Corporate Communication / Art & Creative Solutions
• Assist the team with financial documentation, data entry, and record management.
• Handle ad hoc requests and administrative tasks to support team operations.
• Provide logistical and coordination support for projects or initiatives as required.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to address payment inquiries or discrepancies.
• Communicate payment statuses and ensure timely resolutions to issues.

Key Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in payment processing, accounting, or administrative support is preferred for at least 1 year.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to team needs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and payment systems.
