Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Finance to lead the financial operations of our Payment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our business goals, overseeing financial performance, and managing risks associated with payment processes. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in finance, particularly within the retail or payment processing sectors. The Senior Executive Finance will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize payment systems, enhance financial controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Job Description

  • Processing data through the sales and purchase ledgers from the point of receipt of the invoice to completion of the
    transaction.
  • Reconciliation of Bank Statement with Payment Voucher, purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Processing financial transactions through Sage and other accounting applications.
  • Determining the Costs of Performances, Functions and Activities in a manner which Facilitates Analysis and Valid
    Comparisons with Established Criteria among time Periods.
  • Monthly stock Valuation, Stock taking, Stock reconciliation, Budget monitoring.
  • Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement and Inter-branch Accounts Reconciliation.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 years in the Real estate business (Residence, Office, Retail)
  • Knowledge of normal Corporate tax payments in the real estate industry.
  • Possess flexibility and can-do attitude
  • Strong process skills and attention to detail
  • Good command of English communication.
