Job Summary
Project Coordinator (Architecture / Interior Design)
Job Description
1.Coordinate and manage architectural and/ or interior design projects from inception to completion.
2.Collaborate with project team (BUs, design, construction, cost, procurement teams), consultants, PM/CM and contractors to drive project delivery.
3.Prepare and manage approval documents and project-related reports.
4.Oversee project timeline, deliverables, and quality standards.
5.Support negotiation and liaison with external parties (clients, suppliers, and stakeholders)
6.Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Qualification
1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
2.2–5 years of experience in architecture or interior.
3.Proven experience delivering at least one project from inception to completion.
4.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office.
5.Strong understanding of 3D and space organization.
6.Excellent coordination and project management skills.
7.Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
8. Presentation skill
9.Team player with an open minded and a long-term growth mindset.
10.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
11.Able to work under supervision as well as independently.
12.Previous experience in workplace design and/or project management will be highly considered.
