Job Summary

Provide end-to-end HR operational support, including visa/work permit management, HR administration, employee data maintenance, payroll-related processes, budget tracking, probation monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Job Description

  • Manage visa and work permit processes, including end-to-end coordination with relevant stakeholders and authorities
  • Provide administrative support for HR activities, including coordination with vendors and internal teams, scheduling, and venue arrangements to ensure smooth execution of programs
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (HR Hub), particularly for new joiners and employee movement.
  • Support monthly HR-related payment processes, including reimbursements, invoices, and work permit expenses, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
  • Track & monitor expense vs budget for people & culture
  • Monitor and track employee performance during the probation period, including KPI follow-up and coordination with line managers
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to support HR operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Oversee and support manager-assigned ad hoc tasks as required

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
  • Hands-on experience in visa and work permit processes and coordination
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycles, and HR policies
  • Experience in HR systems (e.g., HR Hub, SAP) and data management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
