Job Summary
Provide end-to-end HR operational support, including visa/work permit management, HR administration, employee data maintenance, payroll-related processes, budget tracking, probation monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Job Description
- Manage visa and work permit processes, including end-to-end coordination with relevant stakeholders and authorities
- Provide administrative support for HR activities, including coordination with vendors and internal teams, scheduling, and venue arrangements to ensure smooth execution of programs
- Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (HR Hub), particularly for new joiners and employee movement.
- Support monthly HR-related payment processes, including reimbursements, invoices, and work permit expenses, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
- Track & monitor expense vs budget for people & culture
- Monitor and track employee performance during the probation period, including KPI follow-up and coordination with line managers
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to support HR operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee and support manager-assigned ad hoc tasks as required
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
- Hands-on experience in visa and work permit processes and coordination
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycles, and HR policies
- Experience in HR systems (e.g., HR Hub, SAP) and data management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
