Senior Executive, Reporting
Job Summary
A Senior Executive in Reporting is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting high-level financial or operational data to leadership, ensuring accuracy for decision-making. Key duties include producing monthly/quarterly reports, managing forecasting and budgeting, ensuring compliance, and delivering insights that drive strategic business initiatives. Since One Bangkok project drive a full-function ecosystem in the retail component by building up F&B business with OBMJV / ACS / HAGD. Reporting team evaluate that single reponsible person who is specialist in F&B business is required. Managing both of financial and non-financial information with specialist is increasing in effectiveness and efficiency of reporting and analyzing, particurlarly in providing actionable insights for management.
Job Description
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management.Prepare annual budget and financial forecasts on a regular basis and/or upon request.
- Provide and support information to management as needed.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational requirements and the company’s goals.Handle financial and accounting reporting to ensure that financial position and results are properly presented.
- Handle annual budget preparation and related analysis.
- Handle management reports for top management with accuracy, timeliness, and insight.
- Apply business analysis skills to interpret internal and non-financial information to support management decisions.
- Prepare clear, creative, and engaging presentations, including use of visualization tools such as Power BI (or equivalent).
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Auditing experience with Big4 background will be an advantage.
- Retail industry experience is preferred.Strong analytical and systematic thinking, with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques for internal performance and operational data.
- Ability to prepare impactful management presentations and visualizations (Power BI or similar).
- Knowledge of additional tools for data analysis and presentation will be an advantage, such as:
- Presentation/Design Tools: Canva, advanced MS PowerPoint features.
- Data Tools: SQL (for querying data), Python (basic data analysis/automation), Excel advanced functions.
- Good team player with ability to manage multiple demands and deliver to business and stakeholder expectations.
- Good command of English communication
