Job Summary

Job Description

  • Create overall design direction of project to reinforce business strategy, with emphasis on enhancing customer journey and experience

  • Setting the creative direction for interior design, environmental graphics, way finding, lighting, landscape, visual presentation, features, and overall ambience

  • Collaborate with project team to create a seamless and unique customer experience and functional design, harmoniously blending lifestyle spaces with merchandise offerings

  • Responsible for visually presenting new look and trends through VM ambience points

  • Review and proceed with design drafting / details

  • Oversee all production implementation (material sample, mock up)

  • Quality control and factory visit 

  • Installation and handover to property

  • Participate in the planning and development of VM ambience points ensuring that layout, construction, and product presentation meets standards and deadline

Key Qualification

Education (Minimum qualifications required)

Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Visual Communications, Exhibition / Event Design or related fields

Experience (Minimum professional experience required)

  • Experience in executing ambience decoration, interior displays, visual merchandising initiatives, including window displays, mannequin styling, spaces utilization and production installations 

  • Solid understanding in innovative visual merchandising trends and shopper experience

  • Ability to work in a cross functional environment, up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and market trends

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally

Skills and Knowledge (Minimum specifics skills and competencies required)

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Autocad or other visual design tools

  • Knowledge of current retail and visual merchandising trends and best practices

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Good command in English and Thai

  • Creative and innovative thinker 

  • Detail-oriented and well organizer
