Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and managing assigned VM and experiential projects, supporting project execution, timeline coordination, production implementation, and communication with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in spatial design, experiential design, retail design, or exhibition environments.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into immersive physical spaces.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of materials, lighting, and spatial composition.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical detailing, and production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and on-site execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both concept and technical explanation).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, contractors, vendors).
- Experience in project coordination and site supervision is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt design solutions under constraints.
