Responsible for overseeing and executing cleaning and facility services in common areas, ensuring service quality, hygiene standards, and smooth daily operations.
Job Description
- Supervise daily cleaning and housekeeping operations in common areas
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms and public facilities
- Coordinate landscape maintenance and pest control activities
- Monitor waste management and ensure proper disposal
- Oversee scent system operations and maintenance
- Handle minor repairs and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
- Inspect service quality and resolve operational issues
- Prepare reports related to cleaning and facility performance
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Facility Management or related field preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or facility operations
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene, and facility management
- Experience in vendor or contractor coordination
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
