Job Summary

Job Description

 

  • Prepare, draft, and review various commercial agreements or any other kind of legal documentation in consideration of the company’s business and operation in both Thai and English.
  • Ensure the real estate and supermarket business adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements, particularly the Personal Data Protection Law.
  • Collaborate with other departments and business units to provide professional legal opinion and support to them.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Undertake other special assignment, ad hoc work and perform related duties as required.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel for outsourced matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal trends.

Key Qualification

 

  • Bachelor degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in the fields of real estate and property development.
  • Experience in the retail or supermarket sector and in-depth knowledge of PDPA are the advantages.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands to meet and exceed the expectations of the business and stakeholders.
  • Good team player with analytical and systematic thinking and problem solving.

English skill requirement:  good command of English (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
