Senior Manager, CEO Office (Internal Audit)
Job Description
Manage audit projects as per annual audit plan and take a lead role in a day-to-day execution of internal audit projects, as well as providing a consultation or value-added advice for the management to improve the effectiveness of internal control process.
Job Summary
Senior Manager - Internal Audit is responsible for assisting VP Internal Audit to manage and execute approved internal audit plan to ensure that the audit plan is established, sufficient, and efficient. Also, this position is required to focus on people management to develop team and build organization.
Key Qualification
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate, particularly in retail malls.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong team player with flexibility and adaptability
- Strong project management skills
- IT Proficiency: MS Office applications, Computer assisted auditing tools and electronic workpaper applications, such as TeamMate Analytic/Audit Management.
- Professional knowledge: International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards).
