FM Manager / Senior FM Manager

Job Description

  • Conduct and follow on project handover from construction to operation phase.
  • Responsible for achieving excellence in engineering maintenance program, ensuring highest standards delivered and best practices implemented.
  • Representative of Owner to monitor work for One Bangkok or any assigned property regarding budget & contract management, outsource and own team management.
  • Responsible to follow up defect rectification under warrantee period.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and Hold an engineering license (Civil)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Construction field.
  • Minimum 3 years in manager level
  • Experience in Project Management or Consultant or Property/Facility management
  • Managing and monitoring project timeline.
  • Conduct handover procedure.
  • Managing and monitoring own/outsource team
  • Problem-solving and good team management skill
  • Strong interpersonal and service minds
