Job Summary

This role is to engage internal and external stakeholders in building and enhancing the company’s and project’s sustainability. This includes working with the Sustainability team and business units in identifying areas to be addressed and tailoring corresponding engagement programs.

Job Description

  • Work with the Sustainability team to develop the company’s sustainability strategy and identify areas requiring stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement and collaboration programs to address identified issues.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing, Customer Relations Management, Internal Communications, and other relevant internal departments to execute the programs effectively.
  • Strengthen sustainability initiatives through strategic business partnerships.
  • Support the marketing team in communicating sustainability efforts and contribute to setting sustainability objectives for public events and CSR activities.
  • Monitor the global sustainability landscape and update the sustainability communication strategy to address concerns of tenants, customers, and the public.
  • Collaborate with Frasers Property's global team to implement and communicate the Group’s sustainability policy and strategy.

Key Qualification

  • Minimum 5-6 years of sustainability-related experience. Stakeholder engagement background is desirable.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge in building environmental design and engineering.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking for project planning, evaluation, and execution
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Proficient presentation planning and delivery
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Very good at using and organizing information in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
