Senior Vice President, Corporate Services - Industrial Estate (FPIE)
Job Purpose:
The Senior Vice President, Corporate Services is a member of the Thailand IE team and serves as a strategic governance and enterprise enablement leader, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The role is responsible for providing strong corporate foundations, financial discipline, legal governance, people capability, and enterprise controls to support the Managing Director in delivering the Thailand IE strategy in alignment with country’s priorities.
Acting as a trusted advisor and integrator, the SVP ensures that rapid portfolio expansion and operational growth are underpinned by robust governance, disciplined financial planning, compliant contracting, effective workforce strategies, and scalable corporate infrastructure.
The role bridges strategy and execution, enabling the MD and leadership team to capitalise on mega‑trends and industrial urbanisation, while ensuring organisational resilience, risk management, and long‑term value creation.
Main Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance, Legal & Compliance Leadership
• Oversee Legal & Corporate Secretariat functions, ensuring full compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Provide legal advisory on contracts with customers, partners, suppliers, authorities, and vendors.
• Lead dispute resolution, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations for strategic and complex matters.
• Manage corporate records, statutory filings, and Board and shareholder meetings, ensuring transparent and sound governance.
Finance, Planning & Performance Management
• Lead Finance & Planning to ensure strong financial stewardship, budgeting discipline, and forecasting accuracy.
• Oversee management reporting, monthly and annual financial performance reviews, and variance analysis.
• Support the MD in capital allocation decisions, investment evaluation, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Establish robust financial controls, cost governance, and risk management frameworks.
Cost, Contract & Procurement (CCP) Leadership
• Lead cost management, contract administration, and procurement strategies for development and operational projects.
• Ensure procurement processes deliver value, transparency, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
• Oversee contractor performance, claims management, budget adherence, and project financial controls.
• Drive continuous improvements in procurement efficiency, vendor management, and cost competitiveness.
Human Resources & Organisational Enablement
• Provide strategic oversight of Human Resources to ensure workforce readiness, capability building, and leadership development aligned with growth ambitions.
• Support organisational design, succession planning, and performance management for a scaling platform.
• Enable cultural alignment, engagement, and transformation initiatives across functions and estates.
Administration & Corporate Infrastructure
• Oversee administration and shared services to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and scalable corporate support.
• Ensure facilities, systems, and administrative processes support business growth and efficiency.
Strategic Partnership with Managing Director
• Act as a trusted business partner to the MD, providing insight on governance, financial risk, organisational health, and execution readiness.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration and ensure corporate services effectively enable commercial, development, and operational teams.
• Represent Corporate Services in leadership forums and cross‑regional initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience across corporate services, finance, legal, governance, or enterprise functions.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role, ideally within industrial estates, logistics, infrastructure, real estate, or large‑scale capital‑intensive businesses.
• Deep experience managing multi‑disciplinary corporate services teams within complex, fast‑growing organisations.
• Demonstrated exposure to regional or multinational environments, with Southeast Asia experience strongly preferred.
• Strong experience partnering at Managing Director, Board, and regional executive levels.
• Background in supporting organisational transformation, growth platforms, and scaled operations is highly valued.
