Senior Vice President, Sales & Customer Solutions - Industrial Estate (FPIE)
Job Purpose:
The Senior Vice President, Sales & Customer Solutions is overseeing both sales and marketing/communications functions, driving revenue growth and brand visibility. Responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, planning marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and aligning both departments to achieve overall business goals.
The role aims to accelerate revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and strengthen brand positioning for Frasers Property Industrial Estate (FPIE).
This position provides strategic leadership to sales and marketing functions, ensures alignment with corporate and business unit objectives, and builds long-term customer partnerships. The SVP is accountable for ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market competitiveness through integrated sales, customer solutions, and brand-driven initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
• Define and lead the overall Sales & Customer Solutions strategy in alignment with corporate and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term profitability across industrial estate products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and innovative commercial models.
Sales & Customer Solutions Management
• Oversee end-to-end sales management, including customer acquisition, key account management, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Ensure customer-centric solutions by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored offerings that enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Establish effective sales governance, performance management, and forecasting processes.
Marketing Communications & Brand Management
• Provide strategic oversight of marketing communications, including branding, campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, and content development.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Leverage marketing insights to support sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Operations, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Partner with senior leadership to align commercial priorities with enterprise-wide initiatives.
People & Capability Development
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
• Foster a performance-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative culture.
• Coach and mentor senior leaders and successors within the function.
Governance, Risk & Performance Management
• Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, and investment planning for sales and marketing activities.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and ethical standards.
• Manage key external partners, vendors, and agencies to maximize value and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in sales, customer solutions, commercial, or marketing leadership roles.
• Proven experience in senior executive or SVP-level roles, preferably within real estate, industrial estates, property development, infrastructure, or B2B environments.
• Track record of driving large-scale revenue growth, managing complex sales organizations, and leading multi-functional teams.
• Strong experience in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
• Exposure to regional or multinational business operations is highly preferred.
