Vice President, Retail Experiential Strategy
Job Summary
Leading, managing and directing team to create experiential strategy, including but not limited to conceptual ideation, stories, narratives, merchandising mix and communication plans for and retail and district experiences for One Bangkok as well as other assigned projects. This position will work with CEO, DCEO and cross-functional departments to develop and execute directives that shape the future of retail experiences in One Bangkok as well as other assigned projects.
Job Description
- Curate retail experience for each of the retail precincts that aligns with positioning of each precinct (Parade/ The Stories/ Post 1928). This includes the vibes/ attitudes of the precincts as well as the proper mix of brands
- Translate company’s vision, customer needs and innovative experiential trends into strategy, conceptual ideation, stories, narratives, directions, communication plans and communicate to all key stakeholders through the architecture, design, merchandising mix, retail layout and communication strategy and plans.
- Develop strategic direction and provide guidance throughout executions and activities with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent experiences to clients, tenants, customers and all related parties.
- Lead and build the team to create the uniqueness of retail experience offering and connecting customers experiences component to component.
- Develop and co-create initial design brief for internal cross-functional teams and agencies.
- Partner closely with Design, Leasing, Marcom and Retail Operation teams to ensure alignment with associate strategy, concept, story, merchandising mix and communication.
- Partner closely with Investment & business development team to ensure alignment on feasibility study and related matters where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on excellent execution.
- Set up and develop expertise team towards retail experiential concept and design by building mentorship for talents in organization.
- Be a strategic leader of organization to utilize and optimize personal and professional network supporting organization to create and expand excellent relationship with potential clients, tenants, and strategic partners.
