Job Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Regional Operations, the lead candidate will be responsible for driving F&B strategy and performance across all properties in the SEAA region. The candidate will provide the General Managers with strategic guidance, operational support, and performance oversight to maximize asset value and exceed guest expectations.

Job Description

Assist to lead pre-opening projects, including budget preparation, market research, operational training programs and stakeholder management to ensure successful launch of new projects
• Gather and analyse past financial performances and market statistics, to create project financial projections and analysis of properties’ performances. Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities while safeguarding product and service quality
• Champion the adoption of innovation technologies and systems to optimize performance and guest experience
• Provide leadership in F&B planning through analysis of regional trends, consumer behaviours and competitor activities to put forth concept proposals and business plans to maintain market relevance
• Conduct audit to ensure compliance with safety, brand, and operational standards to drive regional best practice sharing and continuous operational improvement
• Assist to coordinate sustainability reporting, highlighting actions and progress development of SEAA properties
• Build and maintain a portfolio of vendor and consultant partnerships for the region
• Provide strategic guidance to regional GM and F&B leaders
• Ensure all F&B manuals, policies and systems are current and relevant
• Travel to properties to provide operational support when necessary

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management, or other related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of senior level F&B leadership in international hospitality groups or large-scale food service organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial performance and deliver results
  • Demonstrated expertise in concept innovation, outlet repositioning, and new project launches
  • Experience clarifying and summarizing complex issues, to tell an impactful story with analysis and data visualization, providing effective business metrics and insights
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, updating stakeholders on progress and expected delivery
