Shape the future of places. Shape your future with us.

Real estate is a people business. At Frasers Property, we believe every space should serve a meaningful purpose - shaping how individuals, businesses and communities live, work and connect. Our properties are what the world sees, but our greatest assets are the people who make it all possible.

Who we are:
We are a diversified, multinational real estate group on a journey of evolution – strengthening our reputation as an integrated investor, developer, and operator across geographies and asset classes, including industrial & logistics, retail, commercial & business parks, residential and hospitality. Guided by our purpose – Inspiring experiences, creating places for good, we take a long-term view and strive to create lasting value for stakeholders.

How we work:
Every project begins with intention – shaped by local insight, community needs, and a commitment to sustainability and quality outcomes. Across the Group, we bring together diverse talents, perspectives, cultures, and strengths – from strategy, investment and operations to customer experience, technology and beyond. When we do, we create outcomes greater than the sum of our parts: vibrant places that connect, inspire, and uplift.

About the Role

At Frasers Property Australia, we don't just create buildings; we create belonging and places where people genuinely thrive.

We are seeking a commercially minded, results-driven Project Manager to lead site-based project delivery across our premier residential and mixed-use developments in NSW. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will operate directly from our project sites, leading external D&C contractors, civil partners, and consultants from tender through to construction, final handover, and warranty periods.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Oversee construction budgets, contingency reserves, and cash flows to protect feasibilities and assess contract variations in compliance with the Security of Payment Act.

  • Lead external builders and civil contractors on site to deliver critical milestones on time and in alignment with development agreements.

  • Champion quality assurance and safety standards, driving zero defects targets at settlement and upholding strict WHS compliance.

  • Coordinate statutory approvals (CC, DA, OC, and utility sign-offs) while tracking sustainable design initiatives, including Green Star submissions.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone collaborative, commercial, and proactive who brings:

  • Proven project management experience within property development or construction, managing major D&C contracts and site-based delivery.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent industry experience.

  • Strong commercial acumen across contract administration, cost control, BCA compliance, and builder negotiations.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, rigorous safety leadership, and an uncompromising eye for construction quality and detail.

What you can look forward to

At Frasers Property, we believe the employee experience is a valuable asset that deserves great design and ongoing care. Together, we create:

  • Meaningful Work: Deliver landmark, high-quality residential communities that shape how people live and connect.

  • Exciting Careers: Structured career pathways, national project exposure, and active mentoring from experienced development leaders.

  • The Right Balance: Flexible working frameworks, purchased leave options, wellbeing programs, and generous employee discounts including 50% off hospitality stays and residential property purchase rewards.

  • A Place to Belong: Recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality, a certified Family Inclusive Workplace, a White Ribbon Accredited organisation, and a Work180 Endorsed Employer for all women.

Our Commitment to You

At Frasers Property, we are committed to creating 'Proud Communities' both in the places we build and the teams we grow. We value diversity in all its forms and actively foster an inclusive, accessible culture where everyone feels they belong. We proudly hold a Reconciliation Action Plan and strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates to apply.</small>
