AI-Driven User Experience: Support initiatives with IT to explore, evaluate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions to enhance user experience and facilitate self-service navigation of DOA policies.
Communication & Deck Preparation: Prepare high-quality executive PowerPoint decks, discussion papers, and briefing materials for meetings with working groups and business unit heads.
B. Finance Policy & Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Governance
Policy & SOP Formulation: Assist in researching, drafting, and updating group finance policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines across the P2P lifecycle, covering (non-exhaustive):

Goods and services receipting processes and invoice handling standards.
Appropriate application and governance of Material Groups and Material Masters.

Governance criteria and approval pathways for waiver of sole-sourcing circumstances.
Operational Guidance & Feedback Collection: Address policy inquiries and operational escalations from business units, collecting user feedback to refine policy usability.
Change Enablement: Assist in preparing user training guides, practical FAQs, and briefing sessions to support business unit understanding and adoption of new P2P policies.
C. Systems Alignment & Solution Enablement (SAP Concur)
Concur Harmonisation Project Support: Assist in managing project deliverables to configure and prepare various regional Concur setups (such as the Singapore, Australia, and European Concur groups) to embed the new DOA rules and prepare for integration with the new group ERP.
ERP Collaboration: Support alignment discussions with the Group ERP implementation team to help integrate Concur with the new group ERP.
Testing & Readiness Coordination: Assist with user acceptance testing, workflow scenario validation, cutover checks, and post-implementation hypercare for system approval workflows.
D. Ongoing OneERP Project & Ad-Hoc Transformation Support
OneERP Workstream Support: Provide versatile support to ongoing OneERP project activities and workstreams as needed, assisting with cross-functional alignment, testing, documentation, and follow-up on process dependencies.
General Transformation & Ad-Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional finance governance, policy analysis, or project-related assignments as required, to support broader finance transformation priorities.
