Shape the future of places. Shape your future with us.

Real estate is a people business. At Frasers Property, we believe every space should serve a meaningful purpose - shaping how individuals, businesses and communities live, work and connect. Our properties are what the world sees, but our greatest assets are the people who make it all possible.

Who we are:
We are a diversified, multinational real estate group on a journey of evolution – strengthening our reputation as an integrated investor, developer, and operator across geographies and asset classes, including industrial & logistics, retail, commercial & business parks, residential and hospitality. Guided by our purpose – Inspiring experiences, creating places for good, we take a long-term view and strive to create lasting value for stakeholders.

How we work:
Every project begins with intention – shaped by local insight, community needs, and a commitment to sustainability and quality outcomes. Across the Group, we bring together diverse talents, perspectives, cultures, and strengths – from strategy, investment and operations to customer experience, technology and beyond. When we do, we create outcomes greater than the sum of our parts: vibrant places that connect, inspire, and uplift.

About the Role

We are seeking a logically minded, detail-oriented, and resilient Shared Services Representative to join our Corporate Finance team based at our head office in Rhodes, NSW with hybrid working options (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Reporting directly to the Shared Services Team Leader, this key operational role sits within our Cash, Reconciliation, and Accounts Management (CRAM) function. You will play a vital role in executing high-volume cash allocations, balancing complex bank account reconciliations, safeguarding vendor master data through fraud prevention platforms, and facilitating the smooth financial integration of residential property settlements between CRM and SAP.

If you are an analytical professional who enjoys investigative reconciliation work, possesses strong Excel capabilities, and understands the downstream general ledger impacts of transactional accounting, this is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a high-performing corporate environment.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Complex Bank & GL Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliations across 80+ bank accounts, posting high-volume journals (debits, credits, and intercompany flows) with precision while ensuring month-end reconciliations are finalised on schedule.
  • Accounts Receivable & Cash Allocation: Upload, receipt, and allocate high volumes of customer payments directly to customer accounts and invoices, systematically reviewing your work to maintain flawless ledger accuracy.
  • Vendor Master Data Governance & Fraud Mitigation: Protect the business against fraud risks by governing vendor master data, rigorously validating bank details via Eftsure, and assessing credit applications during onboarding.
  • Residential Settlements Integration: Support the residential development pipeline during peak settlement cycles by running the RERAPP function to transition customer accounts seamlessly from CRM into SAP and accurately accounting for settlement proceeds.
  • Stakeholder & Query Management: Provide timely, customer-centric support across incoming payment and account queries, establishing strong working relationships with development managers, sales teams, and wider corporate finance partners.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, respectful, progressive, and real. You will also bring:

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of dedicated experience in full-function accounts receivable processing, high-volume cash allocations, and complex bank reconciliations (ideally managing 50+ accounts).
  • Technical & System Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of basic accounting principles (GL impacts, intercompany flows, debit/credit logic) and hands-on proficiency in SAP and CRM systems. Experience with Eftsure (or fraud risk verification tools) is highly regarded.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel: Demonstrated fluency with formulas and data manipulation, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUM, IF, SUMIF, IFERROR, and Pivot Tables.
  • Property Sector Exposure (Advantageous): Previous exposure to residential settlements, real estate accounting, or CRM-to-SAP settlement data flows is a strong advantage.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related business discipline is highly regarded.
  • Mindset & Attributes: High integrity, a methodical and investigative problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment.

What you can look forward to

At Frasers Property Australia, we believe the employee experience is a valuable asset that deserves great design and ongoing care. Together, we create:

  • Meaningful Work: Play a pivotal role supporting the core financial and transactional engine of an international property leader.
  • Exciting Careers: Structured capability building, cross-functional project exposure, and long-term career growth pathways across Finance and Operations.

We are proud to be recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality, a certified Family Inclusive Workplace, a White Ribbon Accredited organisation, and a Work180 Endorsed Employer for all women.
