Job Description

  • To provide day-to-day administrative and co-ordination support to the Department
  • To coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes.
  • Follow up with vendors for payment, documentations, and processing of fitting out deposit refunds.
  • Responsible for processing of service reports, invoices received, raise procurement requests using SAP system, following through requests to ensure approval are obtained etc.
  • To assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases
  • To provide support on general office administration, including reception, telephone service, filing and clerical supports.
  • Handle Manager’s requests and other ad-hoc assignments

Key Qualification

  • Minimally a Diploma or GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Meticulous individual who is highly organised and has good time management skill
  • SAP system knowledge and prior experience in the retail environment are plus points
