Job Summary
The role of the Assistant, Operations is to provide administrative support to the Centre Management Office for the mall.
Job Description
- To assist in generating and follow up atrium & advertising space licence agreement.
- Follow up with atrium set up plan, payment & GWP application.
- Responsible in updating tenant atrium sales GTO in SAP and monthly A&P event calendar.
- Follow up with new tenant on brand information, logo and reward terminal deployment documentation.
- Provide support to team for mall’s marketing activities and events.
- Liaise with Finance pertaining to billing matters and arrears management.
- Processing purchase orders, maintaining vendor service records, handling invoices, raising procurement requests, and managing documentation and refunds related to atrium/casual leasing.
- Support leasing department in preparing reports.
- Preparation and dissemination of relevant information internally, e.g. Tenant fitout/opening and tracking of documents from tenants.
- Ensure proper documentation in accordance to SOP.
- Perform any other administrative duties or task assignments based on business needs.
Key Qualification
- Minimally a Diploma or GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Meticulous individual who is highly organised and has good time management skill
- SAP system knowledge and prior experience in the retail environment are plus points
