Job Summary
To assist Building Manager to lead the Operations Building team
Job Description
- To optimize operations of the building’s equipment and systems.
- To negotiate and manage effective building maintenance service contracts.
- To liaise with Government bodies/ Consultants/ Architects/ Contractors on Building’s matters.
- To ensure that building works are carried out according to procedure.
- To ensure timely renewal and replacement of termed contracts, building and regulatory licenses.
- To optimize manpower deployment and their performance.
- Supervise and uphold company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance, safety & security
- To take on the role of Fire Safety Manager, if required or appointed (where applicable).
- To ensure timely submission of Management reports, Budget and ad hoc reports as and when assigned.
- Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
Key Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
