Assistant Director, Digital & Innovations (Frasers Property Singapore)
Job Summary
The Assistant Director, Digital & Innovations plays a pivotal role in driving Frasers Property Singapore’s digital transformation and innovation agenda. Operating in deep alignment with the OneFrasers vision, this position is responsible for leading complex digital programmes, enabling property technology (PropTech) and smart building capabilities, and managing strategic platforms to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role ensures that all digital investments are highly secure, sustainable, scalable, and designed to foster unified, enhanced customer and tenant experiences.
Job Description
Digital Programme & Project Leadership
- Lead a diverse portfolio of concurrent digital and PropTech initiatives from concept and business case development through to final implementation, user adoption, and post-delivery optimization.Establish and champion robust project governance, standardized delivery methodologies, and reporting rhythms to improve execution speed and benefits realization.
Stakeholder Management & OneFrasers Alignment
- Partner with senior business leaders across Leasing, Marketing, Property, and Corporate functions to translate commercial needs into impactful tech solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering data-backed recommendations that balance operational priorities, technical capabilities, and risk mitigation.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Orchestrate vendor management and strategic sourcing for key platforms (e.g., MyICEPortal), covering RFP development, evaluation, commercial negotiations, and SLA tracking.
- Cultivate strategic, long-term vendor partnerships to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
Digital Platforms & Product Enablement
- Provide strategic leadership for key commercial platforms (e.g., Funnel), defining long-term product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring scalability.
- Lead organizational change management efforts to maximize user adoption and platform value.
PropTech & Smart FM Enablement
- Drive PropTech initiatives, including Smart Facilities Management (FM) and Digital Twin capabilities, to directly support marketing, leasing, and operational efficiency.
- Convert building and asset-level data into actionable business insights and optimized workflows.
Leasing Digital Partnership
- Serve as the dedicated Digital Partner for FPS Leasing, advising teams on opportunities to digitize manual processes, elevate market intelligence, and improve tenant acquisition and retention.
Innovation & Funding Enablement
- Identify, apply for, and manage internal and external Innovation Grants, overseeing proposal development, compliance, and funding utilization.
- Design and execute agile pilots and Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) while managing risk and measuring ROI.
Risk, Compliance & Quality Management
- Proactively manage delivery risks, technical dependencies, and system integration bottlenecks.
- Ensure all digital solutions conform strictly to enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity policies (specifically PDPA), data governance guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
Key Qualification
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in digital product management, project management, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience delivering complex B2B/B2C digital platform implementations (e.g., retail CRM, mobile applications, tenant management systems, or e-commerce integrations).
- Industry Domain Knowledge: Prior experience within the Real Estate, Retail, or Hospitality sectors is highly advantageous.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Methodologies & Architecture: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, end-to-end product lifecycles, and modern IT systems (APIs, Microservices, Cloud-native, Data Lakes).
- Domain Ecosystems: Strong familiarity with digital payments, CRM technologies, enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP), and mobile app ecosystems.
- Certifications: Credentials such as PMP, CSPO (Agile/Scrum Product Owner), or Agile Coach are highly desirable.
