Assistant Director, Group Risk Management
Job Summary
Reporting to the Head Group Risk Management, this role will be instrumental in supporting risk governance and driving enhancements to the risk management framework working alongside other team members and colleagues at the FPL Group and Business Unit (BU) levels.
Job Description
- Implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and other related frameworks across the FPL Group. Proactively engage with the risk managers / coordinators at the Group functions and BUs to ensure the risk management process is adequate and effective in managing risks.
- Manage regular reporting of risks and mitigation measures, and risk tolerance compliance reviews at risk governance committees
- Provide advisory on risk management, business continuity management and compliance matters to Group functions and BUs
- Support risk governance committees and Head Group Risk Management on any risk / risk management matters

Key Qualification
- Degree in accountancy, finance, business, economics and / or other fields
- At least 10-12 years of work experience in enterprise or operational risk management, audit or other relevant corporate roles.
- Strong knowledge on governance, risk management, business continuity, compliance and internal controls
