Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Creative Development & Marketing Communications is responsible for supporting the Frasers Hospitality Southeast Asia & Australia portfolio in the development and execution of both offline and online integrated marketing communications, creative campaigns, content strategy and brand initiatives. This role combines 40% Marketing Communications and 60% Creative Development, ensuring all communications and visual assets align with Frasers Hospitality's brand standards while supporting business, commercial and revenue objectives. The incumbent will work closely with regional and property marketing teams, agencies, media partners and external vendors to drive brand awareness, guest engagement and market visibility across all SEAA properties.

Job Description

  1. Marketing Communications 

Strategic Marketing Support 

  • Support the development and execution of regional and property-level marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with hotels and serviced residences across Southeast Asia & Australia to drive awareness, engagement and revenue-generating marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and implementing integrated campaigns across digital, social media, public relations, partnerships and promotional channels.

Content Development, Communications & Project Management 

  • Support media relations activities, PR initiatives, influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns where required.
  • Coordinate execution of online/offline marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors and media partners to ensure successful campaign implementation.
  • Manage campaign timelines, marketing calendars and project deliverables across multiple properties. 

Brand Governance 

  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to Frasers Hospitality brand guidelines and corporate standards.
  • Support brand audits and maintain consistency across all customer-facing materials. 

2. Creative Development  

Creative Conceptualization & Design 

  • Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, visual concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives under guidance of Marketing Lead.
  • Demonstrate a strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of design principles, ensuring all creative outputs are visually impactful, contemporary and aligned with the Frasers Hospitality brand identity.  
  • Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence, guest engagement and content performance across multiple markets.  
  • Maintain awareness of emerging design, hospitality, luxury and lifestyle trends to keep creative executions fresh and relevant. 

Graphic Design & Production 

  • Design and develop marketing collateral including:  Digital advertisements, Social media creatives, EDMs and e-newsletters, Website banners and landing page visuals, Sales presentations and pitch decks, Brochures and factsheets, Posters, flyers and promotional materials, Event and activation materials, Signage and branding applications 

Brand Creative Management 

  • Ensure all creative outputs are visually compelling, brand-compliant and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all regional and property communications.
  • Develop design templates and creative toolkits to support property-level marketing teams. 

Creative Collaboration & Innovation 

  • Work closely with marketing, communications, commercial and operational teams to produce integrated creative solutions under guidance of Marketing Lead.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agencies, printers and external creative partners on content production.
  • Provide creative direction and recommendations during content shoots, video productions and brand campaigns alongside Marketing Lead.
  • Research emerging design trends, digital innovations and creative technologies to enhance brand presentation and marketing effectiveness. 

Quality Assurance 

  • Review and test creative assets across various platforms and devices to ensure optimal presentation and functionality. 
  • Manage revisions and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Ensure all final designs are production-ready and delivered according to project specifications and deadlines. 

 

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, creative design, branding or hospitality marketing.
  • Experience in integrated brand campaigns. 
  • Experience in planning, organizing and managing professional photography and videography productions from concept development through post-production preferred. 
  • Strong aesthetic judgment with a keen eye for visual design, layout, typography, photography and brand storytelling. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related design software). 
  • Strong copywriting, content development and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent project management, organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or related industries is preferred.
