Job Summary

You will be part of our Design Management team to support on planning and design matters for feasibility studies, development/redevelopment projects, AEIs, etc. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design aspects of real estate projects, ensuring that they align with our company's vision and standards.

Job Description

Depending on the nature and stage of each project, your roles may include, but are not limited to:

  • To assist the team on planning, managing and executing design deliverables for feasibility studies, development/ redevelopment projects and AEIs. Deliverables include space planning, ideation, design visioning, testing efficiencies, formulating product narratives, conducting site analysis, preparing design brief, etc. 
  • To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during development stages by reviewing design details, shop-drawings, mock-ups, site works in adherence to project deliverables, operational requirements, local statutory codes and regulations, etc. 
  • To assist the team on conducting research and competitor analysis to keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovative design solutions, good practices, etc.
  • Other tasks that may arise during the regular course of project design and delivery. 

Key Qualification

  • A recognised degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Architecture or construction industry.
  • Knowledge in local statutory codes, construction materials, methods and authority procedures
  • Creativity, imagination and sound design sense. Good 3-dimensional awareness is required
  • Good communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize designs and communicate them to others.
  • Proficient in design software e.g. AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite. Proficient in parametric modeling tools e.g. Rhino Grasshopper is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
