Assistant Manager, Investment (Hospitality)
Job Summary
The incumbent will be part of the Investment team in Frasers Hospitality, and supports the planning, sourcing, evaluation and execution of investments.
The incumbent will assist with the formulation and creation of presentations, conduct analyses with recommendations for investments or divestments, ensure proper documentation and due diligence related to deals, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders for our Hospitality business.
Job Description
- Draft presentations and memos for strategic business initiatives, investment and divestment proposals, pitches to capital partners and bids for acquisitions.
- Conduct research on property markets and various aspects of the real estate investment management industry.
- Carry out financial modelling and/or feasibility studies for property investments and divestments.
- Assist with coordination of and documentation and due diligence processes for execution of deals.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders using various channels.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Additional relevant professional certifications (eg. CPA or CFA) will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (a role where the primary function is related to investments in the real estate or hospitality sectors) in the following environments:
- Financial institution
- Advisory firm
- Real estate investor, developer or REIT
- Hospitality
- Strong in research, pitch development, financial modelling and conducting feasibility studies
