Assistant Manager, Marketing, Causeway Point
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Assistant Manager, Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive footfall and boost tenant sales. You will oversee the planning and implementation of mall-specific campaigns, manage the advertising & promotion budget, and collaborate closely with tenants, agencies, and partners. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives while contributing to the mall’s overall brand and business growth.
Job Description
- Drive mall’s footfall and tenants’ sales
- Curate, implement and execute mall specific marketing campaigns and activities for the property and the advertising collaterals of such activities
- Manage the Advertising & Promotion budget and drive asset plan for advertising & promotion budget on annual basis
- Liaise and maintain good relations with tenants, advertising agencies, media, contractors and potential partner and cluster / portfolio marketing team
- Manage and handle day-to-day operations relating to marketing and customer service
- Garner tenants’ sponsorship for campaigns
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, proposals and annual budget
- Create & raise SAP for the necessary Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt and Invoices
- Undertake any other relevant task as assigned by immediate supervisor/ management
Key Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in any relevant major (Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication)
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Marketing preferably in a retail mall environment
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Proactive, analytical, resourceful and service-oriented
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication (both verbal & written)
- Strong ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work on weekends when necessary for mall events
