Assistant Manager, People & Culture Advisor, GHO and FPS (1 year contract)
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on People & Culture Advisor (HRA) to support GHO & FPS team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with business goals. You will collaborate with the leadership team to drive performance, shape culture, manage change, and ensure the seamless execution of HR programs across the business line.
The incumbent will be the subject matter expert with end-to-end responsibility for HR Operations, ensuring that the services delivered meet the needs for the clients in an efficient, controlled and effective manner. Processes that includes and not limiting to data/records management, On/Off boarding of employees, Workforce Reporting & Analytics and Surveys, and HR Risk Management.
Job Description
- Organizational Development: Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management strategies within the business line.
- Employee Relations: Provide support in coaching and guidance on complex employee relations issues, promoting a positive and compliant work environment.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process, providing coaching to managers and employees to drive continuous feedback and development.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure the right talent is identified, selected, and onboarded effectively.
- Change Management: Support change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making, track trends, and propose action plans.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and ethical standards across the business line.
- Culture & Engagement: Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or consultative HR role.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed organization preferred
