Assistant Manager, Pre-opening & Projects, SEAA (8 months contract)
Job Summary
This is a 9 months contract role in the Frasers Hospitality, Southeast Asia & Australia Region team. The incumbent plays an instrumental role in supporting Southeast Asia & Australia Region for pre-opening and reporting through strategic coordination and in accordance to processes and procedures.
Job Description
- Pre-opening (POP):
- Assist in developing and executing POP timeline and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OSE) budgets for pre-opening projects.
- POP – talent acquisitions in charge for all POP
- Prepared and maintained POP procurement tracking process to monitor timelines, approvals, and status, ensuring alignment with project milestones
- Projects:
- Contribute to projections and PowerPoint presentations for project-related updates, including visualization of key metrics and budget data.
- Lead to complete related projects
- Alignment on matrix for respective countries and General Managers.
- Streamline Operational Policies & Procedures
- Lead for all initiatives – audit, Market practices
Key Qualifications
- University or professional degree in hospitality, business administration, human resources or equivalent, from a reputable tertiary education institute.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or human resources
