Job Summary

This is a 9-month contract role within the Southeast Asia & Australia Regional Team at Frasers Hospitality. The incumbent will support regional project management, operational initiatives, and talent acquisition activities across Southeast Asia and Australia to ensure operational readiness for new properties through strategic coordination and in accordance to processes and procedures.

Job Description

Pre-Opening (POP)

  • Assist in developing and executing POP timelines and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OSE) budgets for new property openings.
  • Support talent acquisition activities in partnership with HR
  • Maintain and track POP procurement progress, ensuring timelines and approvals are aligned with project milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities during the pre-opening phase to support smooth operational readiness.

Projects

  • Support regional operational initiatives and special projects across Southeast Asia and Australia.
  • Coordinate project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with regional priorities.
  • Contribute to projections and prepare project updates, presentations, and materials, including key metrics and budget data
  • Facilitate alignment across country teams and General Managers on frameworks and initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives such as operational audits, benchmarking of market practices, and operational improvements.
  • Assist in streamlining and enhancing regional operational policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

  • University or professional degree in hospitality, business administration, human resources or equivalent, from a reputable tertiary education institute.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or human resources
