Job Summary

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory policies, compliance matters and company’s SOP to ensure smooth pre/post sales launches. Lead an admin team to ensure efficient administrative operations for the department

Job Description

  • You will be instrumental in developing efficient processes, improving workflows, and fostering seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with solicitors to formulate the contract and sales documents including seeking authorities for approval to ensure the smooth implementation of property sales launches
  • Pre-launch and post-launch administrative preparation works for all residential property launches
  • Preparation and submission to Controller of Housing’s reports and upkeep of sales register
  • Prepare weekly/monthly management reports.
  • Perform all office and sales administrative duties, including handling of all correspondences and emails with solicitors and vendors (both inward and outward correspondences) and
  • Prepare and process the payment of administrative related invoice (including commission payout and vendor payments with proper expense tracking
  • Involved in all property related projects
  • Provide other administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required and assigned
  • Be well versed on company’s workflow and ensure Purchase Order/invoices (and other related matter)
  • Support the digitalisation or enhancement of sales administrative and booking system
  • Knowledge of personal data protection regulations and anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing regulations will be helpful in handling the post sales administration.

Key Qualification

  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in real estate / business administration or related fields will be an added advantage
  • Possess at least 3 – 5 years of real estate or others equivalent relevant working experience
  • Meticulous, independent and have pleasant disposition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Team player who is meticulous, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle pressure, work independently and willingness to learn
  • Meticulous to ensure administrative accuracy
  • Self-driven and team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS word, Excel and PowerPoint)
