Job Summary

From conception to completion, you will be assisting in the marketing and communication strategies for brands on both online and offline platforms for the hotel properties - with the objective to position brand to drive awareness and conversion to achieve goals and increase market share/revenue.

You will coordinate the various Marketing Communications activities undertaken by the department, to build and maintain good media relations and to ensure the upkeep of the Hotel’s image.

Job Description

  • Initiates all year-round planning that leads to execution of MarCom activities and work in collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve goals. These include managing external agency partners and vendors, KOLs, Influencer and drive development of marketing initiatives on web banners, print ads, landing pages, email content, marketing collateral, sales tools and upkeeping and updating property info and image across all channels.
  • Estimating campaign costs, negotiating with service providers and ensuring marketing efforts stay within budget.
  • Strategize and implement brand, PR and marketing campaigns in accordance with organizational branding and overall business objective.
  • To support relevant department in marketing area of work including sales and operations
    • To driving ranking in different platform like tripadvisor, OTAs, B2B platforms etc 
    • To work with Revenue team and corporate office team in planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising and maintain social media presence across all digital channels. 
    • Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of messages and measurability, data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation and support in driving sales and revenue by implement EDM, tactical promo to drive direct sales. 
  • Manage and lead the digital marketing strategy and execution across marketing channels (Social, Web, Content, Email, Display, Search) as well as across ad platforms.
  • Conduct assessment and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Qualification

  • Diploma in Mass Comm/Marketing & above or relevant professional qualifications
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in CRM Marketing campaigns and Digital Marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software preferably Adobe Photoshop/ InDesign / Illustrator/ Acrobat.
  • Excellent communications and good multi-relationship building skills.
  • Strong technical skills in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social etc)
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
