Job Summary

This role will support the Investor Relations Department Head in the development and execution of investor relations and sustainability reporting initiatives for Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT).

Job Description

Investor Relations Activities

  • Support in the development and assist in execution of the REIT's investor relations plan and strategy
  • Support the conceptualisation, planning, and production of the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, circulars, and marketing materials, including site visit coordination
  • Provide logistics support for investor relations events, including liaison with internal and external parties for local and regional investor and analyst presentations, roadshows, seminars, webcasts, conference calls, and AGMs/EGMs
  • Assist in creating presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for quarterly announcements and other investor engagement activities
  • Prepare quarterly and other periodic financial analyses, reports, and regulatory reporting materials
  • Monitor analyst reports and provide summaries to senior management
  • Manage and maintain investor relations systems and tools, including:
    • Investor relations and corporate website content
    • Unitholder databases and investor contact records
    • Market tracking tools and analytics
  • Assist in special projects and regulatory/industry submissions as required
  • Monitor public information on FLCT and conduct periodic reviews of market sentiment
  • Support IR Department Head in preparing responses to  market queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for IR and sustainability reporting processes

 

Sustainability and ESG Reporting

  • Coordinate sustainability data collection and requests
  • Assist in the preparation of the Annual Sustainability Report in accordance with applicable regulatory and sustainability reporting standards
  • Support ESG data tracking, management, and disclosure activities
  • Assist in GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) submissions and assessments
  • Help coordinate climate-related disclosures including Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions reporting
  • Support engagement with tenants and stakeholders on sustainability initiatives
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on the REIT's sustainability roadmap and targets
  • Help track progress on green building certifications and decarbonisation initiatives

 

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Communications, Accounting, or related field
  • Prior experience in REITs, real estate, or listed companies is a plus
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ESG reporting is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of SGX listing rules and regulatory requirements for REITs
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, TCFD, ISSB, SASB)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with investor relations systems and databases is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
