Associate, Investor Relations and Portfolio Management
Job Summary
This role will support the Investor Relations Department Head in the development and execution of investor relations and sustainability reporting initiatives, as well as the Deputy Head Portfolio Management in portfolio reporting and portfolio management initiatives for Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT).
Job Description
Investor Relations & Sustainability
- Support development and execution of investor relations strategy and engagement activities
- Assist in production of Annual Report, Sustainability Report, circulars, and marketing materials
- Coordinate investor relations events including roadshows, presentations, AGMs/EGMs, and site visits
- Prepare presentations, press releases, and communication materials for quarterly announcements
- Conduct quarterly financial analyses and prepare regulatory reporting materials
- Manage investor relations systems including website content, unitholder databases, and market tracking tools
- Coordinate sustainability data collection and assist in Annual Sustainability Report preparation in accordance with applicable standards
- Support ESG data tracking, GRESB submissions, and climate-related disclosures including GHG emissions reporting
- Monitor analyst reports, market sentiment, and competitor activities
- Assist in special projects and regulatory submissions as required
Portfolio Management
- Assist with portfolio reporting including metrics tracking and data consolidation using asset management platforms
- Analyze global and regional economic trends and monitor peer performance
- Conduct market analysis, industry dynamics research, and financial analysis on strategic initiatives
- Support business planning and budgeting process for Singapore properties and variance analysis
- Assist with asset management of Singapore properties including stakeholder coordination and action planning
- Support quarterly, half-yearly and annual reporting processes
- Coordinate with overseas operations on policies and processes
- Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Communications, Accounting, or related field
- Prior experience in REITs, real estate, or listed companies is a plus
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG reporting is highly valued
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis
- Knowledge of SGX listing rules and regulatory requirements for REITs
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, TCFD, ISSB, SASB)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with investor relations systems and databases is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
