Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll:
- Manage multiple talent requisitions simultaneously, using sound judgment to prioritize urgent and business-critical roles
- Support hiring across Frasers Property with a strong focus on volume recruitment
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social networks
- Build positive relationships with Hiring Managers and team members, learning to understand the real needs of each role
- Provide consultative advice, including managing expectations and communicating hiring challenges early and openly
- Help the team provide a great recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders, including tasks like operational support and reference checks.
- Play an active role in supporting our forward-thinking Early Careers programme, helping to attract, engage, and onboard graduates, interns, and apprentices who will be the future of our business
Key Qualification
We are seeking someone with the following qualifications:
- A bright, engaging personality with a natural flair for connecting with candidates at all levels
- Experience in environments that support or require volume hiring—agency or in-house
- A resilient, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Confidence and ownership when it comes to managing and filling requisitions from end to end
