Associate / Assistant Manager, Group Finance - Consolidation & Reporting
Job Summary
The team is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced individual to assist in enhancing our group finance consolidation and reporting processes. Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director (Consolidation & Reporting), the candidate will be a member of Consolidation & Reporting, a department within Frasers Property Group Finance and Accounting team.
Job Description
- Assist in the monthly and year-end financial closing processes for the Group, working closely with subsidiaries across multiple regions to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with SFRS(I)s
- Support the preparation and review of the annual report, liaising with relevant stakeholders and external parties as needed
- Coordinate and manage routine reporting activities, including preparing schedules, updating key registers, and refreshing various management reports.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external auditors, including coordinating feedback and training sessions.
- Contribute to various financial analyses to provide clear responses to inquiries from senior management
- Compile and summarise impairment assessment reporting status and conduct proofreading of key financial documents
- Support continuous improvement in accounting and financial processes to maintain compliance with the latest SFRS(I)s
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Key Qualification
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
- At least 2-5 years working in audit or related field
- Knowledge in SAP, Cognos Controller, Cognos Planning Analytics with an understanding of financial consolidation and group reporting practices is an added advantage
- Experience with reviewing and interpreting financial data to support reporting accuracy and respond to management queries

- Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrate collaboration and teamwork within a multi-disciplined finance organization
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
