Job Summary

To assist the Senior / Building Manager / Senior Building Executive in the effective building maintenance of the mall

Job Description

  • To oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the mall
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building to endure everything is in order
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
  • Manage all technicians in term of duty allocation, planning of roster and ensure all overtime claims are submitted promptly
  • Inspect building common areas and tenanted spaces, reporting all defects, abnormalities and non-compliances to Building Manager
  • Update, monitor and purchase overall building and equipment stock inventories, including tools and Personal Protective Equipment to ensure seamless and smooth repairs and replacement works by maintenance team or term ad-hoc contractors
  • Inspect operations of the building’s equipment and systems and report all abnormalities to Building management.
  • Assist in drafting specifications for proposed works to Building Manager and prepare invitation to quote/tender.
  • Attending to tenants’ feedback and requests on operations

Key Qualification

  • Diploma Certification ( Engineering / Mechanical & Electrical / Facility Management)
  • At least 3 years of experience in supervisory position, handling mall operations
  • Clear knowledge in Building M&E Services / Systems
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office / Excel
