Change Manager, OneERP Project
Job Summary
The Change Manager is responsible for driving the people side of change for a multi-year, multi-country OneERP implementation. The role focuses on ensuring successful harmonisation of OneERP detailed design and adoption of the new system, associated processes working across geographies, business units and stakeholders. The change manager will leverage and help improve the Change Management framework and methodology that supports the One Frasers Transformation Programme and support the transformation of roles and ways of working across the organisation with the aim to accelerate employee awareness, training, adoption, building engagement and ensuring benefits realisation of new processes and OneERP platform.
Job Description
- Define and execute the OneERP change strategy aligned with the OneFrasers Change Framework.
- Design and deliver engagement and communication plans across global teams.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Partner with HR and Learning teams to assess capability gaps and implement training programs.
- Review and approve training materials and digital adoption content.
- Monitor change readiness, adoption metrics, and benefits realisation.
- Act as a change champion and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
- Ensure governance alignment with the Transformation Office and manage risks effectively.
Key Qualification
- Extensive Change Leadership: 10+ years managing large-scale, complex change programs across multiple sites, countries, or globally.
- ERP Transformation Expertise: Proven experience in SAP/ERP implementations and related systems (HR, Finance, People Management).
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all organisational levels.
- Communication Skills: Skilled in articulating messages clearly to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Comfortable in ambiguous situations; proactive in identifying and resolving issues early.
- Risk Management: Ability to anticipate and mitigate change-related risks effectively.
- Capability Development: Experience in identifying skill gaps and designing training or upskilling programs.
- Change Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Digital Adoption: Familiarity with Digital Adoption Platforms and user experience strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in project management tools and analytical thinking.
