We are seeking a Client Relations Executive to deliver exceptional service to our residents. In this role, you will address concerns and proactively ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator who maintains a positive demeanor in challenging situations. Reliability and a strong customer-focused approach are essential, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests. Your primary objective will be to enhance the guest experience during their stay and foster strong relationships with all residents.
Job Description
- Handle guest check-in including the processing of their reservations and rooming at the unit level.
- Handle all guest requests during their stay.
- Handle all front desk cashiering duties.
- Handle all leasing activities including the conduct of site inspections and the closure of sales deals as required.
- Act as a link between Managers and Sales Manages on operations and sales processes.
- Support sales and marketing by providing relevant information including customer feedback and sales leads.
- Manage individual portfolio assigned to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to ‘Fraser experience’.
- Contribute to increase customer satisfaction level and the ratio of compliments against complaints.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Key Qualification
- Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in front office.
- You have minimum 2 years working experience.
- Proficiency in Inforbrand HMS - Hotel Management System will be an added advantage.
