Job Summary

This role will support the creation and management of brand and marketing collaterals, coordinate brand experience (BX) rollouts across markets, and provide administrative and project support to ensure consistent brand implementation, smooth execution, and timely delivery of creative initiatives.

Job Description

1.Creative Design & Collateral Management

  • Develop & Maintain Collateral: Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining brand and marketing collateral (both print and digital assets) to ensure consistency.
  • Translate Concepts: Translate conceptual ideas into high-quality visual designs across various media platforms.
  • Asset Library Management: Organize and catalogue design source files, templates, and digital assets so both the Creative and BX teams have easy access to updated materials

2.Brand Experience (BX) Rollout & Coordination

  • Brand Experience Rollout Support: Support the BX team in rolling out new brand experience initiatives across markets and touchpoints, including coordination materials, tracking timelines and following up on implementation needs.
  • Playbook & Guideline Rollout: Assist in preparing, organizing and distributing BX guidelines, toolkits, templates and materials to help teams implement the new brand experience consistently.
  • Implementation Coordination: Support the coordination and implementation of brand experience initiatives, working with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure materials, requirements and timelines are aligned for rollout

3.Team & Administrative Assistance

  • Day-to-day Support: Provide administrative and creative workflow support, including coordinating requests, maintaining project trackers and following up on timelines and deliverables.

Key Qualification

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a primary focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Good visual sense with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Possess sufficient technical knowledge for print production to prepare press-ready files.
  • Digital Design Prep: Possess sufficient technical knowledge for collateral development and preparation for digital designs across web and social platforms.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy in copy, layout, brand colours, and technical specifications before final output.
  • Interest in brand and customer experience, with an appreciation of how brands come to life across different touchpoints.
  • Video editing skills and/or Canva proficiency would be an advantage.•Manage updates and multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
