Job Summary
To provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.To assist in the execution of shopping mall’s promotions and redemption programmes.To handle all customers’ enquiries and provide assistance as and when necessary to our shoppers at our shopping malls.
Job Description
- Manage and supervise a team of Customer Service Officer
- To plan and manage the manpower at the customer service counter
- To develop an on-the-job training schedule as well as to train and coach new Customer Service Officer/ part-timer.
- To champion designated A&P promotions and be accountable on all promotional matters
- To administer and ensure that the redemption process during A&P promotion is carried out properly and sale of gift cards are carried out in accordance to SOP
- To manage tenant’s and shoppers’ feedback/ complaints with professionalism and provide prompt service recovery when necessary
- Ensure the customer service counter area and surroundings is clean and organised at all times
- To provide administrative support to the Management Office whenever necessary
- Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management
Key Qualification
- Customer centric personality and positive attitude
- Prior Customer Service Supervisor experience in retail mall will be highly preferred
- Good team player with strog communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work 6 days work week, retail hours and shift work
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
