Director, Digital & Innovations
Job Summary
We are looking for a forward-thinking and strategic Digital & Innovations professional working within the Business Unit of Frasers Property Singapore, and act as a trusted advisor and liaison between Frasers Property Singapore and the Group Digital team. This role is critical in driving digital transformation initiatives, identifying and selecting digital innovations to elevate real estate operations, construction and customer relationship management within and across asset classes, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.
As a Digital & Innovations Business lead, you will work closely with key stakeholders within Frasers Property Singapore as well as across the extended Frasers Property organization to understand strategic priorities, uncover digital opportunities, and co-create solutions that enhance customer experience, customer outreach programs, streamline operations, drive productivity, efficiency and safety and support growth.
Job Description
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with FPS business leaders to align digital strategies with organizational goals, ensuring initiatives support short- and long-term business objectives.
- Digital Enablement: Identify and prioritize opportunities where digital technologies can drive innovation, improve efficiency, or enhance customer engagement, including group-wide customer loyalty/ referral programs.
- Roadmap Development: Co-develop and maintain a digital transformation roadmap in collaboration with business and technology teams.
- Solution Shaping: Translate business needs into digital requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, product, data) to design and deliver solutions.
- Change Leadership: Support change management efforts to drive adoption of digital solutions across business units, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact.
- Value Realization: Measure and communicate the impact of digital initiatives, including ROI, user adoption, and process improvements.
- Innovation Catalyst: Promote a digital-first mindset and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the business.
- Market Awareness: Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Digital Innovation, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading digital transformation, business relationship management, or consulting roles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and articulate how digital solutions can deliver business value.
- Proven track record in driving or supporting digital change initiatives within a complex organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, analytics, cloud, automation).
- Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean methodologies is a plus.
