Job Summary

The Executive, Design & Technical Services (Corporate) is part of the Design & Technical Services team and reports to the Vice President, Design & Technical Services (Corporate). The incumbent will review and approve of architectural planning, interior design, and FF&E designs, in consultation with the supervisor, to ensure that the brand standards are met.

Job Description

  • Review and approval of architectural planning, interior design, and FF&E designs, in consultation with the supervisor, to ensure they meet Brand standards
  • Assist to update Brand Design Guideline
  • Assist to prepare material and mood board

Key Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality design roles and project management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, written, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficient skills in CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Adobe software and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to assimilate new concepts and practices into the position and the department. To provide subordinates with effective on-the-job training, policies and procedures, departmental training topics, and professional development..
  • Ability to travel when required.
