Job Description
Casual Leasing & Advertising Sales
- Effectively network, build relationships and drive lead generation. Engage in effective marketing through third party channels, cold calling and/or sponsorship arrangements to establish a pipeline of contacts and concepts for casual leases and advertisement spaces within the mall.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and a marketing kit to support sales efforts and achieve optimal causal leasing and advertising income.
- Work closely with the Manager, Marketing and Cluster Marketing Lead to identify appropriate partners and opportunities that may aid in greater community engagement in addition to revenue.
- Curate and organise thematic fairs and events with prospective tenants and/or third-party organisers to drive greater brand awareness and footfall for the mall.
Sponsorship Marketing
- Proactively cultivate sponsors to improve campaign offerings and shopper rewards, to optimise mall and cluster marketing budgets.
- Execute sponsorship agreements to support short term tactical campaigns to drive in-mall revenue GTO.
- Provide support to identified tenants to widen their reach and exposure to the shopping community by proposing appropriate advertising options or social media activations organised jointly with the mall activations team.
Marketing Administration
- Support annual business plans by staying abreast of market trends and monitoring competitor performance.
- Provide marketing support to the team, including but not limited to the compilation of cluster marketing, sponsorship, and property management reports.
- Generate necessary agreements or contracts and ensure timely turnaround with the support of an administrative officer.
- Ensure compliance with marketing SOPs in line with internal audit requirements.
Key Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in any relevant major (Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication)
- Minimum 0-3 years experience with marketing in a retail mall environment preferred
- Creative & innovative thinking
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
