Job Summary

You will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Frasers Property Singapore’s retail portfolio, helping to drive shopper traffic, engagement, and affinity for our malls. This includes developing campaign concept and roll-out plans, coordinating in-mall advertising and on-ground touchpoints, and supporting social media, Frasers Experience (FRx) loyalty program, digital communications and content plans in partnership with internal stakeholders and appointed agencies.
You are passionate about organising and executing engaging events that would delight shoppers and increase their affinity for our malls. You are a skilled storyteller, who uses words and visuals effectively to produce captivating multimedia stories for our various channels.
This role reports to the Manager, Marketing, and will work closely with the Assistant Director, Marketing (Portfolio) for projects and campaigns delivery.
Job Description
Portfolio Campaign Planning & Management (Core)
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Frasers Property Singapore’s retail portfolio (multiple malls), from campaign brief to post-campaign review.
- Develop campaign plans including objectives and key performance indicators (KPI), target audiences, key messages, mechanics and channel strategy (digital, social, FRx, EDM, in-mall and on-ground).
- Build and maintain campaign workplans and timelines, coordinating inputs and deliverables with inter-department stakeholders, mall marketing teams, and appointed agencies/vendors, including on-time production, deployment and installations at the malls.
- Consolidate campaign tracking and reporting of KPISs across channels (e.g., weekly updates, post-mortems), capturing key results, learnings and improvement actions. With the reports, support post-campaign evaluation by consolidating inputs and identifying actionable insights to strengthen future campaign planning and execution.
In-mall Advertising & On-ground Campaign Execution
- Plan and coordinate in-mall advertising assets for portfolio campaigns (e.g., digital screens, posters, standees, wayfinding and mall messaging), ensuring campaign consistency and brand standards across malls, while adapting to localised requirements.
Social Media, FRx & Shopper Communications
- Work with the appointed digital marketing agency to develop campaign social media plans (content themes, formats, posting schedules and key campaign beats).
- Support marketing campaign roll-outs, including member communications and targeted pushes aligned to campaign objectives.
- Develop and deploy EDMs and campaign communications to promote events, deals and rewards.
- Monitor, moderate and respond to comments and queries across social channels in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues where required.
- Track digital performance and recommend optimisations (e.g., content mix, timing, formats, targeting) to improve results.
Budgeting, Procurement & Vendor Coordination (Campaign Operations)
- Support campaign budgeting and cost tracking, ensuring spend remains within approved budgets.
- Manage procurement process end-to-end for campaigns delivery (e.g., sourcing, quotations, comparisons, documentation), including coordination of service agreements with vendors.
- Coordinate with appointed vendors (creative, digital, printing, production) to ensure on-time deliverables that meet requirements, quality standards and timelines.
Key Qualification
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline (Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or related fields would be a plus).
- Creative with a strong interest in planning and running integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (in-mall, social, digital/FRx, EDM and on-ground activations).
- Comfortable with coordination and project management (timelines, multiple stakeholders, and working with agencies/vendors).
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a willingness to support budgeting, quotations/procurement processes and campaign administration.
- Strong communication and writing skills; able to craft clear messages and tell stories using both words and visuals.
- Multimedia/content creation skillsets (e.g., short-form video, simple editing, storyboarding, photography) is an advantage.
