Job Summary

The Human Resource Assistant will play an important role in supporting the Talent & Learning team with organising and rolling out company-wide talent development programmes. 

Job Description

  • Conceptualise, design and develop communication materials to support learning initiatives/programmes
  • Establish the structure to collate, process and analyse people data to provide meaningful metrics for development planning and improvement
  • Support in the implementation of relevant assessment tools to identify and develop high potentials and leaders
  • Support in the sourcing, designing and implementation of talent development programmes, track and measure success metrics
  • Assist in planning and roll-out of learning initiatives and campaigns to inculcate a learning culture
  • Support in the end-to-end implementation of learning platforms across business units, including focus group briefings and discussion
  • Manage pre, during and post learning administration matters including course registration, set up of learning event/venue, processing of external training grants and tracking of course fee savings, processing of procurement and payment e.g. raising purchase orders, facilitating payment to vendors and cross charging to Frasers Property, updating the learning records to ensure they are correctly reflected in the Learning Management System and track course completions etc.

Key Qualification

  • Degree in Business/HR/Analytics with a keen interest to join one of the HR Centre of Excellence
  • Experience with event management and project management
  • Strong planning, organisational and administration skills
  • Data analytics skills
  • Multimedia design skills will be preferred
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
  • Good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
