Job Summary

In this Internship role, you will work alongside the team to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of real estate development, including project planning, market analysis and financial modelling. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate development to develop practical knowledge and gain insights into the development lifecycle of a real estate development project. 

Job Description

Your key responsibilities includes:

1) Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of prospective sites, including gathering data on market trends and transactions to help inform investment / development strategies.

2) Project Coordination: Work closely with Finance, Sales and Marketing and Project Development team to support in tracking the progress of ongoing development projects and live investment projects. 

3) Others:

  • Assist in the pre-work preparation & ideation for development project. 
  • Support the team to produce Investment papers for Board approval.
  • Ad hoc market / competitor studies

Key Qualification

  1. Currently pursing a degree in Real Estate, Business Admin, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Strong interest in real estate investment development 
  3. Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when necessary.
  5. Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
