Job Summary

The intern will support in Global & Corporate Frasers Hospitality (FH) People & Culture projects such as Global projects and events/programmes at FH, assist in employee surveys and feedback collection, support the planning and organization of employee events (team-building, social gatherings, etc.) and FH Global Mobility Program

Job Description

The intern supports in new employee engagement activities to enhance event participation. He/she supports to improve onboarding experiences and ad-hoc HR improvement projects. He/she will also assist with the design and implementation of global campaigns/programmes, including conceptualise, design and develop communication materials.

  • Support the collation, processing and analysis of people data to provide meaningful metrics for manpower planning.
  • Assist in the preparation and running of festive events, townhall sessions, Fraser Day etc
  • Support in the end-to-end implementation of platforms across clusters, including focus group briefing and discussion.
  • Assist in the collation of FH Culture Survey action plans, including but not limited to, workshop briefings etc.
  • Support in the design, development and implementation of content digitisation to streamline global processes.
  • Assist in the global recruitment processes, including but not limited to, job postings, resumes screening, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters etc

Key Qualification

  • A background in Human Resources, industrial organisational psychology or communications degree.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is also highly desirable.
  • Strong communicator, able to express ideas clearly and convincingly and good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
  • Able to articulate ideas and thoughts on presentation materials and presenting with an impact to influence audience
  • Enjoys dealing with people, experimenting with new technologies to enhance people experience.
  • Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative and can-do attitude to deal with challenging tasks in a highly complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
  • Strong excel skills in performing data analysis, hands-on experience in deriving insights from large datasets and presentation of data to convey meaningful insights.
