Job Summary

The intern will assist with our Learning & Development initiatives and operations. The role will include assisting on people development, people analytics, digitalisation and contributing to strategic initiatives/projects. The internship is for dynamic individuals who thrives in a fast-paced working environment and effective in partnering with stakeholders across the region. You will be assisting in the research, design and execution of complex issues, assisting in framing and structuring strategic talent initiatives, working closely with partners across the Group to achieve win-win outcomes.

Job Description

  • Assist with the design and implementation of onboarding programmes, including review and integration of programme structure across business units.
  • Conceptualise, design and develop communication materials to support learning initiatives/programmes.
  • Support in the design, development and implementation of content digitisation to support new forms of learning.
  • Assist with the research and implementation of new learning technologies to improve learning experience.
  • Establish the structure to collate, process and analyse people data to provide meaningful metrics for development planning and improvement.
  • Support in the implementation of relevant assessment tools to identify and develop high potentials and leaders.
  • Support in the sourcing, designing and implementation of talent development programmes, track and measure success metrics.
  • Assist in the planning and roll out of learning initiatives and campaigns to inculcate a learning culture
  • Support in the end-to-end implementation of learning platforms across business units, including focus group briefing and discussion.

Key Qualification

  • A background in Human Resources, industrial organisational psychology or communications 
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is also highly desirable.
  • Strong communicator, able to express ideas clearly and convincingly and good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
  • Able to articulate ideas and thoughts on presentation materials and presenting with an impact to influence audience
  • Enjoys dealing with people, experimenting with new technologies to enhance people experience.
  • Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative and can-do attitude to deal with challenging tasks in a highly complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
  • Strong excel skills in performing data analysis, hands-on experience in deriving insights from large datasets and presentation of data to convey meaningful insights.
  • Skilled in psychometric concepts is a plus.
